ARISE OUTREACH
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
We as a group of believers, are called to wake up and “ARISE” to the world that so desperately needs the love of Jesus. Jesus calls us to be His hands and feet, and through ARISE ministries we intend to use every opportunity to spread the Gospel of Christ. ARISE ministries seeks to connect the church community through fellowship and intentional service, within the church, to our surrounding community, and even globally.
Jerusalem
Service projects and/or fellowship events that take place at Riverdale Baptist Church and serve the purpose of taking care of our “home” and our immediate community of people in the body of our church.
Judea
Service projects that take place within the city and township of Flint, seeking to connect and engage with our neighbors.
Samaria
Service projects that take place within Michigan and the United States. These projects give opportunities to spread God’s loving message across the country.
Ends of the Earth
“The World”- These projects would reach Internationally. We plan to connect with and support our current missionaries, as well as send our own teams to serve on short-term mission trips.
